The World's Best New Make Whisky — winner of Best in the World in the New Make & Young Spirits category at the 2025 World Whiskies Awards. Crafted from a carefully considered mashbill of Pale Ale malt, Crystal Malt and Caramel Malt, the wash is temperature-controlled fermented with a blend of Ale and Whisky yeast to 8.5% ABV before being twice distilled in copper pot stills to produce new make spirit at 70% ABV. Bottled at 55%, this is a raw, vibrant and deeply exciting window into the future of Vietnamese single malt — and proof that exceptional spirit begins in the still, not the barrel.
We recommend neat with a few drops of water to open up the spirit, or over a large single ice cube.
